REALTIME SERVICES
Realtime Reporters simultaneously translate proceedings from their steno machines to their notebook computers for quicker readbacks, whether the last question or proceedings earlier in the day. Text can be displayed to an additional computer monitor, TV, or onto a wall or screen for the entire room to view upon request. Over half of our reporters are Certified Realtime Reporters for the legal setting. In comparison, only 5% of Texas reporters are certified in realtime.
Attorney Realtime Connections utilizing LiveNote®, Summation® Blaze™, RealLegal® Binder™, or other software allow attorneys to receive a "live" uncertified transcript directly to their computers from the court reporter through a serial connection. The text can be viewed, highlighted, and annotated.
Daily draft copy provides you a draft copy of the day's transcript for you to immediately begin reviewing, annotating, and summarizing. Daily final copy is also available if requested at time of scheduling.
Remote Realtime Internet Depositions can be accomplished by streaming the transcript realtime into a "virtual" conference room so attorneys and paralegals in remote cities can "virtually" attend the deposition. They can view the realtime text and instant-message back and forth with their co-counsel, clients, or experts. This saves travel time and costs.
Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) is provided either on site or remote for schools, business conferences, and other public venues for anyone with hearing loss. Less than 2% of Texas court reporters are CART certified. The majority of our reporters hold a CART certification.
Open captioning to live video is also available. Remote CART allows for the CART provider to be in one location and the meeting participants in another city or state by sending the text over the Internet as the CART provider listens to a person over the telephone and inputs the text.
HD VIDEO CONFERENCING SERVICES
We now offer in-house videoconferencing services. We have combined the best available "broadcast quality" technology with our private, professional conference facility and complete range of services to provide you with a convenient and economical alternative to travel. The video is of superior quality and you feel as though you are in the same conference room with the other participants in another city, state, or country.
Our office is conveniently located in downtown Dallas. We have a conference room that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people at a table and others around the perimeter of the room. The conference room is equipped with wi-fi and a state-of-the-art videoconferencing system.
